Delivery & Warranty Policy
DRESSHUB endeavor to ship the Products to customers within 4-5 working days from the day of purchase of Product made by you. However, the duration of delivery of Products will be depending on customer location. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
DRESSHUB will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the End User arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused. DRESSHUB reserves the right to make delivery of the goods in installments. If the goods are to be delivered in installments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if DRESSHUB fails to deliver any one or more of the installments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the installments.
In the event you are not available to accept delivery on second attempt, DRESSHUB may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost on the third attempt made. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, DRESSHUB may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost. DRESSHUB will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
CASH ON DELIVERY
You agree, understand and confirm that for the Cash on Delivery ("COD") details provided by you for availing of services on DRESSHUB will be correct and accurate. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and Responsible persons Name, valid Address and Contact details to DRESSHUB at the time of order. DRESSHUB will not use or share this information with any third party unless authorised by you, or required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. The customer will be liable for his order as soon as the order has been dispatched out of warehouse and any COD charges levied by DRESSHUB.
COD Charges: While we will endeavour to reduce these charges in the future, we currently have to pay our shipping partners additional fees in order to process COD transactions.
Products can only be returned if they are in an unused/unwashed condition with all the tags and brand box/brand polybags, within 3 days from date of purchase
Warranty, against manufacturing defects for the products exists for only 3 days from the date of Purchase for all orders placed through our website www.dresshub.com.bd
Warranty can be availed only against manufacturing defects and it cannot be claimed for defects due to mishandling of the products or normal wear and tear.
